Whipped Honey Butter

If you are looking for something delicious to spread on your breakfast bread, this is exactly what you have to try then. During stalking Steph's Sydney baking blog called raspberricupcakes.com I found a nice recipe for banana scones with whipped honey butter. I wasn't really interested in those scones, but I fell in love with her pictures of whipped honey butter which looks amazingly fluffy and soft. And being a self-proclaimed breakfast addict, I just had to try it. 

Whipped Honey Butter

100gm soft butter
40gm liquid honey
a pinch of cinnamon


Combine the ingredients and beat together on low speed using a mixer until you have a fluffy mixture.
Keep in fridge. Enjoy.
