So this is my second post and this is going to be about simple but yummi Chocolate Cupcakes.
I don't even remember where the recipe is from, but I changed it so many times that I'm allowed to call this "my recipe" hehe
Simple Chocolate Cupcakes
2 cups Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Hot water
2 Eggs
1-2 teasp Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 180degC.
Combine Sugar, Oil, Eggs. Sieve over Flour + Baking Powder + Cocoa Powder. Add hot water. Mix well. Fill in muffin cups. Bake for about 20-30 mins.
