I found coconut milk and corn starch and suddenly it came over me. I never cooked anthing like that, so I was just trying.
400 ml Coconut milk
2 tabsp cornstarch
2 tabsp sugar (or more if desired)
Cook it like a normal pudding, there is nothing special about it.
I ate this with a friend and it was definitely too much. We felt sick after a half serving. But it was still delicious though it was very heavy.
