It's Chai Time ~ My Favorite Chocolate Cake

This is the best chocolate cake I've made so far. Amazingly soft and moist, even without eggs. I got this recipe from

(It looks quite boring on my picture, maybe chocolate frosting or something would look great)

Chocolate Banana Cake

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cups sugar (I used 1 cup)
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 -3 teasp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup mashed bananas
(vanilla extract, if desired)

Preheat oven to 180degC. Grease a bundt pan. Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, water (and vanilla). Mix well, Add bananas. The cake batter should be quite 'watery'. Bake for 45-60 mins. Let cool.
