It's Chai Time ~ Баурсаки again

And again I have to say that everything tastes and smells pretty boring here, cause nothing can be compared to middle eastern sweets. I totally cannot get used to here. That's why I had to bake Баурсаки , for me and my lovely friends. They loved it, like always. And I was happy that I finally had some really yummy sweets. 

 Recipe here. I was using the same recipe as always but I added

6 tabsp honey
2 tabsp sugar


Bake Баурсаки, let cool. Melt honey in a small pan until it's very liquid and add sugar. Bring to boil, remove from heat and slowly pour over Баурсаки. Let sit for some hours.
